If you are having trouble installing your OperadiO Player please follow the instructions below.

1. Download the file (oplayer109.exe) from the OperadiO website and save it to your desktop so it is easy to locate when you come to install it.

2. Click on the icon located on your desktop called oplayer109.exe. This will begin installation of the OperadiO Player.

3. You will be presented with a short agreement of terms, which you must accept in order to continue. Once agreed installation will continue.

4. At this point you will be asked to submit some minor personal details with us. After the minimum required fields are filled in, the Start button will highlight and you can then complete installation. Please be sure to fill in the details correctly as the button will not highlight otherwise.

Note: You will need to be connected to the internet while you install the OperadiO Player in order that the installer can connect and transfer your details to OperadiO.
